As a Company Secretary in Practice (CS) and a Registered Valuer (Securities or Financial Assets) registered with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI), he brings a unique combination of legal, financial, and strategic expertise to complex business transactions and compliance matters.

Holding an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.), Mr. Yadav has advised a diverse range of clients, including startups, SMEs, private and public companies, investors, and business groups.
